Lucas Gaugler, our restaurant manager and sommelier, and the service staff complete the castle team. Mr. Lucas Gaugler will gladly assist you with wine recommendations, matching the kitchen creations.
If you would like a vegetarian or vegan version of the castle menu, please inform us at the time of reservation so that this can be implemented accordingly. It is also essential to mention any intolerances when making the reservation.
The kitchen team will spoil you from Tuesday to Friday over lunch with two menu options
For the short lunch break choose our two course menu at the price of CHF 38
There are three starters and three main courses to choose from
For the extended lunch break, treat yourself to the four-course Surprise menu at CHF 85

After the experience evening in the Gourmet Restaurant you can finish the evening in the Smoker Lounge. We offer small assortment of cigars and in addition a selection of whiskey and rum

He was awarded a Michelin star for the first time at the tender age of 26, and he also received 15 points from Gault Millau in his first year at his current station in Switzerland.
